Clients may request cancellation of services by written notice sent to: amr@bpo-outsourcing-services.com. Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Any services already delivered, scheduled, staffed, or incurred before the effective cancellation date remain billable. Setup fees, onboarding fees, and reserved resource costs may be non-refundable once work has started. Where a signed agreement exists, that agreement controls in the event of any inconsistency.
